VoltCraft eBikes is a brand of GM Holdings LLC, a limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, assembling, or using any products sold by the Company, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Inherent Risk of Use
Electric bicycles are high-speed motorized products that involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, property damage, fire hazards, or death. Operation of these products requires proper judgment, skill, and adherence to safety practices. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use.

Assembly & Installation Responsibility
Some products may require assembly, installation, or adjustment prior to use. Improper assembly—including but not limited to brakes, handlebars, wheels, bolts, or electrical components—can result in equipment failure, serious injury, or death. You are solely responsible for ensuring proper assembly. The Company strongly recommends professional assembly and inspection by a qualified bicycle technician prior to use.

Pre-Ride Inspection Requirement
You are responsible for performing a full safety inspection before each use, including but not limited to checking brakes, tire pressure, wheel security, throttle response, battery connection, and all fasteners.

Lithium-Ion Battery Warning
Products may include lithium-ion batteries, which can be hazardous if improperly used, charged, stored, or damaged. Risks include overheating, fire, explosion, and chemical exposure. You agree to:

  • Use only approved chargers and components

  • Never leave batteries charging unattended

  • Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or water

  • Immediately discontinue use of damaged batteries

The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, improper charging, or unauthorized modifications of batteries.

Compliance with Laws
Electric bicycle laws vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws, including speed limits, helmet requirements, licensing, and roadway restrictions.

No Warranties Beyond Those Expressly Stated
All products are provided "as is" except as expressly stated in any written warranty provided by the Company. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GM Holdings LLC d/b/a VoltCraft eBikes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use, misuse, assembly, or operation of any products sold, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, fire-related losses, loss of use, or economic loss.

Product Modifications & Misuse
Any modification, alteration, tampering, or use of products outside their intended purpose voids all warranties and increases risk. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from modified or improperly used products.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GM Holdings LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use, misuse, or improper assembly of products.
